My father was born in Hungary, and I fondly remember my Grandma Mary’s cooking. The flavours in this soup bring me back to my grandparent’s kitchen. This soup is rich and warming with the flavours of Hungarian and smoked paprika and brightened with sour cream.



Mixed local mushrooms, vegetable stock, pureed tomatoes, milk, butter, unbleached flour, dill, sour cream, extra virgin olive oil, Hungarian spice blend, lemon, sea salt
